It is extremely exciting to support companies across South East Asia. Each country is very different and brings their unique challenges, but all the economies are extremely vibrant. Also digital transformation across the region is moving at an incredible speed, with leading institutions and developments that are others are trying to replicate across the globe
He has supported banks across the world in their transformation’s journeys, from strategy into developing new digital capabilities and tools. He has also supported banks in driving real change, e.g. supported several leading banks in training their sales teams to become more digital, develop advisory capabilities, etc.
